A Part of Your Story
Selling residential property in Edmonton happened by complete accident for me. I shot for brokering commercial building transactions and ended up at Liv Real Estate in 2015.
It did not take long to figure out selling real estate was not really about selling anything, it was about helping people. “Selling” was about fostering relationships with enough trust that people wanted
to trust you with their purchase or sale. Fostering relationships was about having enough to offer that people want that business relationship with you. It is likely the most rewarding and the most challenging position I could have found myself in.
Which is good, because without challenging and rewarding, I likely would have gotten bored in the metaphorical waiting room and wandered off to find something else to do. Most properties have their own nuances, from condo’s to little inner-city bungalows, to luxury infills and half duplexes, estate homes, acreages, hobby farms and on to Edmonton’s urban sprawl neighbourhoods of large single-family homes and townhomes. Over the years I have become comfortable with all of them and enjoy bringing that experience to the table for my clients.
