About Don

A Part of Your Story

Working full-time, taking full-time classes, and holding half a dozen or so student governance titles, I thought I had arrived. Life had finally produced an experience I was thrilled with on a moment-to-moment basis. That is when I received a cold call from a broker looking to grow his commercial real estate brokerage. I didn’t know what a commercial broker did, I didn’t know they even existed. But if a corporate something or other wanted to meet, I would enthusiastically show up to see what the opportunity was about.

Fast forward to some real estate internships, real estate scholarships, independent real estate class design and implementation, an undergraduate degree, and some years in the business. I look back at the serendipitous occurrences like the above that put me in a position to succeed in real estate and am grateful for my experience.

Today, I practice both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Success looks different than I expected. I’ve won awards for customer service, team building, number of sales, and success on a day-to-day and moment-to-moment basis is a happy client. A real estate decision that makes someone happy is completely subjective, so I hope I can continue to listen to continue to grow in this business.
